I would like to say, yes, I know I didn't do the first one (kitchens), but I might just make up for that in another post. When I look at all the other rooms on
Kelly's list (
Kelly's Korner), I have to say mine feels small and very simple... not to mention mostly hand-me-down! But, honestly, I wouldn't trade it. I love my little home (even if it is an apartment we rent!). And I'm still in the process of getting things on the walls, etc, and we have pretty interesting pieces of furniture... some of which are actually just being borrowed for the moment!

This would be the view from the entry way. We have two couches, both of which were given to us when we moved out (one of which we're "borrowing" from Glen's brother...I don't think he's ever going to get it back!). The coffee table you see was my Grandma's, and we're holding on to it for my aunt since we didn't have one (we were using TV trays) and she didn't need one. I've been told by numerous people to get a couch cover for one of them....

...but I have to say, I kind of like the eclectic style we have going on. Plus, my Grandma Bunnie gave this to us before she died so we "would at least have a couch when you get your own place." God bless her. Oh, and the rocking chair in the corner (as well as both end tables) were given to us when an elderly woman my aunt used to work for moved.

This would be my cross stitch mess from sitting and working on it while watching movies with The Bestest. She got a new cross stitch too, which looks really fun... gotta finish this one if I'm going to do another!

This is the couch we're borrowing from Mark, along with the ever-present books and the end table that ALWAYS has our wedding albums on it...

Our lovely little entertainment center... the oak hutch has all of our DVDs in it (which is actually a LOT). As you can see, we also broke down quite a while ago and bought a Wii and an XBox 360. We've gotten a lot of use out of those! And the picture in front of one of the glass windows would be from our engagment session... just need to grow a few more inches and I can reach to put it on the wall... do you think that might happen even though I'm 25?

I'm lumping these two together. The views are relatively the same area... one is from the kitchen, the other by our little fake fireplace. Yes, I know I didn't clean up the room... that's the beauty of it: you all can see it in it's everyday glory! ;-)

One of our "coffe table books" - a Snapfish album of pictures from our honeymoon!!

Lastly, this was made by my dad... yes, its a tic-tac-toe board. But its something I grew up with, and I really treasure. And, yes, occasionally people actually play a game on it :-)
Well, that's pretty much our living room, from every angle I could get a picture! I hope you all enjoyed it... I know I had fun taking some of those pictures!!
