Twilight party

Okay, so we had a small get together to celebrate all things Twilight the day/night before Breaking Dawn Part 1 came out {which, by the way, was just as good as I thought it would be - yes!}.  Just thought I would pop on and share some of the pictures from that night.  First, here are what I made for each person, with the help of the Bestest...

I know I've posted about this before, but I really enjoy this Mod Podge and canvas craft.  For the ones in the above picture, we actually used covers and the quotes at the beginning of the books to put on the canvases.  Let me say, as a book lover, it was weird trashing books.  Yet fun.  Each of us got the cover of our favorite book from the series {mine is Eclipse, if you're curious}.

Here's a little of the decorations - We had a little table where the books were displayed, along with ribbon {Eclipse} and a couple chess pieces {Breaking Dawn}.  No, the Bestest doesn't normally have pictures of Bella, Edward and Jacob on her wall.  Those were put up in place of her awesome NYC photos.  And, yes, we ordered a cake for our party.  To be color-coordinated {and delicious}, we ordered the highly appropriate red velvet.
